1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or service offered by Learn with Moca, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. About Digital Products

The ebooks, guides, digital resources, and other materials offered by Learn with Moca are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of these products, the user is responsible for carefully reviewing their purchase before completing payment.

3. Results

Learn with Moca provides tools, methodologies, and educational resources developed based on personal experience and research.

However, Learn with Moca does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Passing a certification exam;

• Achieving a specific score;

• Learning a language within a specific timeframe;

• Obtaining employment;

• Being admitted to a university;

• Achieving any academic or professional goal.

Results depend on multiple factors, including the student's commitment, discipline, study time, previous experience, and individual circumstances.

Purchasing any product or service does not constitute a promise or guarantee of success.

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Changes or refunds are not accepted once access to the product has been provided;

• A refund may only be requested if the ebook or digital access has not yet been delivered to the customer;

• Once access has been provided, the purchase is considered final.

5. Ebook Access

Ebooks are delivered through a password-protected link.

The password:

• Will be sent to the email address provided during purchase;

• Is personal and non-transferable;

• Cannot be changed;

• Will remain valid for a maximum period of 3 years from the purchase date.

Once this period expires, access will no longer be available.

This measure allows Learn with Moca to keep materials updated as study methodologies and certification exams evolve.

6. Personal Use of Materials

All purchased ebooks are intended solely for the personal use of the buyer.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Sharing the password;

• Reselling the material;

• Distributing the content;

• Publishing the ebook online;

• Copying part or all of the content for commercial purposes.

If Learn with Moca detects misuse, simultaneous access from multiple locations inconsistent with personal use, or any reasonable evidence of unauthorized distribution, it may suspend or revoke access to the material without the right to a refund.

Furthermore, if it is confirmed that the material has been publicly shared, distributed, reproduced, or commercialized without authorization, Learn with Moca reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property rights and seek compensation for any damages resulting from such unauthorized use.

7. Moca English Study Pack: Books + Audios + Additional Resources

The Moca English Study Pack is a collection of resources and supplementary materials used during the Learn with Moca study process. Its purpose is to help students organize supporting resources and save time searching for them.

To properly use this material, it is recommended that users first purchase the ebook "Moca English: Learn English from Beginner to Advanced in Less Than One Year", as it explains the study methodology, recommended order, and how to effectively use the resources.

Some resources may correspond to materials developed by third parties. All intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners. Learn with Moca does not claim ownership of these materials and acts solely as a reference or organizer of supplementary educational resources.

8. Intellectual Property

All ebooks, original texts, methodologies, designs, templates, and content developed by Learn with Moca are protected by copyright.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, sale, or commercial use of these materials without express written authorization is prohibited.

9. Private Facebook Community

As an additional benefit, some products include access to a private Facebook community.

The purpose of this community is to encourage:

• Learning;

• Networking between students;

• Motivation;

• Exchange of experiences.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following activities are prohibited:

• Selling products or services;

• Advertising or commercial promotions;

• Sending spam;

• Harassing other members;

• Making offensive comments;

• Discriminating against others based on race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic;

• Posting illegal or inappropriate content.

Learn with Moca may temporarily or permanently remove any member who violates these rules.

If a user has any questions, concerns, or disagreements related to Learn with Moca, they should contact the official support channels directly so the matter can be addressed appropriately.

10. Personalized Sessions

Personalized sessions are primarily intended to address specific questions related to English learning, study planning, exam preparation, migration abroad, or finding employment in the Netherlands.

They do not constitute a complete course or private language lessons.

Sessions will be conducted through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

Students should attend prepared with the questions or topics they would like to discuss in order to make the best use of the scheduled time.

11. Personalized Sessions Rescheduling Policy

Once payment has been completed:

• Consultations cannot be cancelled;

• Only a change of date may be requested;

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made after this timeframe may be considered as a used session.

12. Punctuality

Consultations will begin at the agreed scheduled time.

If the participant joins late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the contracted duration cannot be extended.

14. Modifications
